It’s your choice

Have an appointment online from the comfort of your own home, or travel to one of my two office locations in Central London.

Working online suits many people. It may be because of geographical reasons, that travel is too difficult and research has shown it’s as beneficial as face to face psychological treatments.

Using therapies to support you

All the modalities I use are safe, and evidence-based and have been tried, tested, and researched.

They are used widely in the NHS and in private practice and you can read more about each therapy type as you move through the website. If you do have any questions then please feel free to contact me.
